Ridiculous Long Term Contracts

We have a very simple philosophy here at the factory. If we are doing our job right, the client will not want to go anywhere else. We believe that contracts are for people who are not so good at their jobs. For us, an old fashion handshake agreement carries more weight than a contract written in a foreign language by an overpaid attorney.

Hold You Hostage

There are companies out there that will take advantage of the fact that what we do is a specialty. They know that not everyone is privy to the process involved in setting up a company website or developing a company brand. We know the process can be intimidating, so we walk you through it and present all of your options in securing your ideas.

Sell You Things You Don't Need

Every client has different needs, resources and budgets. We pride ourselves on the conversations we have up front to help you understand how to provide you the most bang for your buck. We want our clients to spend the money necessary, without breaking the bank, to be effective. Last, but not least, we believe that success is built off of small victories and so our focus is always one step at a time.

Over Complicate the Process

At the factory we love our personal relationships with clients. We separate ourselves from the other agencies by not having unnecessary steps to the process. You deal with your artist directly instead of an “account representative”. Whisper down the lane is a difficult way to run a smooth ship, so we avoid it entirely.

Rely Only on Email Communication

We actually really enjoy meeting and interacting with our clients face to face. Emails are a necessary way of communicating, but we prefer to start off with meeting in person so that we can put a face to the email account. No matter how technologically advanced we get you can never replace the handshake.

Ever Get Too Big For Our Britches

We chose “The Factory” as a company name because no matter how big we get, this will never be one person’s agency. It takes a team to build success. We value our roots, and the hard work it took to get us where we are. Our philosophy is simple…..you work hard, you create your own luck and you never forget the struggle that came with it when you finally get there.
