Once your request has been completed for a new hosting account. Your account is normally setup within 1-2 hours and all login details including: CPanel, FTP and our clients area will be provided in your new hosting account confirmation email that is automatically sent to you. If you are registering a new domain name or transferring a domain name to our servers there is a 24-48 hours period where your website might not be available while the request is being completed. Normally this only takes 2-4 hours to be completed, but could take up to 48 hours.
